Talk to the people who build the machines

Spectra Technologies India Private Limited designs and manufactures enterprise compute hardware in India under the NetBytes brand — rack and tower servers, GPU and AI systems, storage platforms, workstations and surveillance recording servers. The company was founded in 2006, with operations going back to 1998, and has over 1500 enterprise deployments behind it.

Most of what we ship is specified rather than picked from a shelf: a government department with a retention policy to meet, a PSU with a tender schedule to answer point by point, a research group that knows the model it needs to run and not yet the machine that runs it. So the quickest route to a useful answer is to tell us the problem rather than a part number — the desks below exist so that lands with someone who can actually answer it.

You will be talking to engineers. Pricing, configuration and compliance paperwork all come from the same team that builds the machine, which is why we can say what a configuration will and will not do rather than reading a datasheet back to you.

Enquiries received during business hours are answered the same working day. Tender and bid documents with a submission deadline are worked to that deadline — say so in the first line and it goes to the front of the queue.

Who to write to

Four desks, so an enquiry lands with someone who can answer it rather than being forwarded twice. Any of them will do if you are not sure.

Sales and enquiries
Configurations, quotations and pricing for a specific requirement. enquiry@spectraindia.com · +91 11 44020500 What to include: The workload, the rack space and power you have, the quantity, and when you need it. If you already have a specification or a comparable model, send it — matching an existing configuration is faster than starting from a blank sheet.
Government, PSU and tender procurement
GeM bids, tender documents, MAFs, OEM authorisations and compliance paperwork. enquiry@spectraindia.com · +91 11 44020500 What to include: The tender or GeM bid reference and the closing date in the first line, so it can be worked to that deadline. Then the technical schedule or the annexure you need answered, and which documents you require — MAF or OEM authorisation, BIS and EMI/EMC certificates, RoHS declaration, compliance statement in the tender's own format. Say if a pre-bid meeting is scheduled and when.
Support and helpdesk
An existing installation: a fault, a warranty question, a serial number. helpdesk@spectraindia.com · +91 11 44020500 What to include: The machine's serial number — it is on the chassis label and on the warranty certificate, and it is what links your message to the exact build. Then what the machine is doing, what you expected it to do, and any error text or LED state verbatim. A photograph of the front panel helps more than a description of it.
Careers
Applications and anything about working here. enquiry@spectraindia.com · +91 11 44020500 What to include: The role you are interested in, your CV as a PDF, and where you are based. We build hardware in India, so most roles are on-site rather than remote — say if that is a constraint.

What happens after you write

An enquiry is read by a person, not sorted by a keyword. Where it needs a configuration, it goes to an engineer who sizes it and comes back with a proposal — the machine, the parts that matter, the price, and what the price does and does not include. Where it is a tender, the deadline governs everything else.

We do not operate an hour-based response tier and do not advertise one. Enquiries received during business hours are answered the same working day; anything with a submission deadline is worked to that deadline. If a question needs testing or a supplier confirmation before it can be answered honestly, we will say so and give you a date rather than a holding reply.

Nothing you send is used for marketing. There is no newsletter and no drip sequence — an enquiry gets an answer and, if it goes quiet, one follow-up.

Government, PSU and tender procurement

We supply central and state government departments, PSUs, defence and research establishments, railways, hospitals and universities. The tender desk handles bids end to end — it is not a forwarding address.

Where we are, and where we deliver

The registered office and the commercial team are in New Delhi. Machines are built in India and shipped nationwide, with on-site assistance in the major cities and remote support elsewhere — wider on-site coverage can be arranged where a contract calls for it, and it is worth asking rather than assuming.

The work is concentrated in government and public-sector procurement, defence and research establishments, railways, healthcare, education and enterprise IT. Systems built here run at ISRO, DRDO, AIIMS and the IITs among others, which is the reason the tender paperwork below is routine for us rather than an exception.

Verifying us as a supplier

Everything a procurement officer needs to check us against a public register is on this page rather than available on request. The GSTIN is searchable on the GST portal and the CIN on the MCA register; the certifications listed beside them are the ones the company holds, and copies are issued against a tender on request.

Legal identity

The registration details a procurement officer needs to verify us as a supplier. Both are public-record and both are checkable against the government registers.
